It’s funny when you think back to the early 2000s and consider just how different popular fashion was back then. The skinny eyebrows, the denim mini skirts, the dresses over jeans, the trucker hats…we could go on. The impressive part about it, however, is seeing how celebrities have transformed their style to be iconic throughout the decades.

Kristin Cavallari was a true name to behold in the ‘00s — and it still is! From reality star to straight-up designer, KC has handled the passing of trends with the utmost finesse. We still look to her daily for fashion inspiration. Most recently, we were in awe over an outfit she posted to Instagram, falling for her floral Isabel Marant skirt. The issue? Just like Cavallari’s, this midi skirt is a high-waisted with a flowy hem. It’s black with a small white floral pattern too. Check! The $22 version even captures the asymmetrical details of the original, instead using buttons down one of the sides, plus a slit beneath. It’s made of a wonderful lightweight fabric as well, and because of its color palette, we’re definitely seeing it as something you can wear during any season!

In Cavallari’s photo, she posed in front of a brick building in Charleston, South Carolina, playing “tourist,” as written in her caption. Considering the stereotype of tourists, this was definitely one of the chicest tourist looks we’ve seen. She wore a belt over her skirt, plus a white tank top, khaki cowboy booties and sunglasses. Cavallari’s Charleston outfit is definitely one you can easily recreate with your $22 skirt. As long as you have a simple white tank top, you’ve pretty much nailed it already. But you can wear this skirt so many other ways. It can definitely be dressed up with a silky blouse or plunging bodysuit and heels, or you can use it to balance out the aesthetics of a band T-shirt or distressed crop top!

Holly Sonders Looks Smoking Hot In Minuscule Metallic Bikini & Strappy High Heels - The Inquisitr

When it comes to flaunting her fabulous physique on social media, former Fox Sports host Holly Sonders is a pro. On Thursday, the brunette beauty took to Instagram to flaunt her curves in a metallic gray string bikini that left little to the imagination.

Holly’s voluptuous chest filled out the tiny, triangle-shaped cups on the top of the swimsuit. The bottoms to the barely there number amounted to little more than a piece of fabric between her legs and thin straps that were tied around her hips. The front of the bottoms had a low cut, and she wore the straps pulled high on her waist.

The popular influencer also sported a pair of black heels that featured thick straps that wrapped around her feet and ankles.

Holly added some bling to her revealing outfit with a sparkly belly piercing and a large pair of hoop earrings.

The photo was taken outside, and it was geotagged in Las Vegas, Nevada. The camera captured Holly on what appeared to be a rooftop. A concrete wall was behind her and a door to a business was also visible. Part a clear sky was visible, suggesting it was a pleasant day to be outside.

The buxom brunette faced the lens. She looked off to one side with a sultry expression on her face. The wind blew through her hair as she tugged seductively on one side of her bikini bottoms. The sunshine hit her skin, highlighting her toned body — especially her long, lean legs and the sexy curve of her booty. Holly arched her back and held her free hand behind her head, showcasing her chiseled abs and hourglass shape. The pose also showcased her bosom and her toned arms.

In the caption, Holly asked her followers for supplement suggestions.

Some of her followers gave her suggestions, but most of the comments section came from loyal admirers who took a moment to gush over how hot she looked in the tiny bikini.

“That is perfection at its finest,” one fan responded with a flame emoji.

“Whatever your doing keep doing it,” quipped a second follower.

“Gorgeous,” a third Instagram user wrote, adding a kiss emoji.

“Always amazing,” a fourth comment read.

Earlier in the month, Holly showcased her incredible body in an insanely short metallic miniskirt that put her long pins on display. She paired the number with a skintight latex bodysuit that emphasized her voluptuous chest. She completed the look with a pair of clear high heeled sandals.

The 39-year-old's look was a far cry from the outfit she wore on Wednesday, which featured plenty of leather.

The presenter opted for a colour clashing vibe a day earlier, donning a wine-coloured leather skirt with a baby blue jumper, and while the entire look was spot on, it was Holly's skirt that really got fans excited.

"Love the skirt and jumper Holly you look so beautiful and elegant," one social media user wrote beneath a photo of Holly in the outfit.

How To Dress Just Like Audrey Hepburn - Bustle

For Nicole Wilson, a New York City-based vintage fashion blogger, dressing isn't just a matter of going to the closet and picking out something to wear. instead, it's really more of a lifestyle. Wilson created the blog Darling In Dots, which focuses on curated vintage fashion and vintage-inspired lifestyle, with a specific focus on the '60s. She says it's her favorite decade, for a lot of different reasons.

"I think I like the 1960's because there's still an element of glamour," Wilson says, "But it's still very wearable today."

Her entire wardrobe focuses on '60s silhouettes, and when she dresses, her full look is vintage inspired. After a childhood preoccupation with all things vintage, she says she discovered her preferred aesthetic in fashion school.

"I used to think that the 60s were all about hippies," Wilson says, "And then when I got into fashion, I realized that wasn't until the very very end of the '60s."

In school, she focused primarily on designing vintage clothing from the '50s and '60s. When she shops for vintage herself, she alters her finds to make them more wearable today.

Of course, there's no limit of inspiration from that time period — from the influential fashion figures, to cinema, to fashion history that nods to the uniquely stylish nature of the decade. Wilson says her inspirations include Twiggy, Brigit Bardot, and even fictional characters like Betty and Sally Draper from Mad Men. Her ultimate inspiration, though, is everyone's favorite '60s queen.

"My favorite movie, style wise, is Breakfast at Tiffany's. Audrey Hepburn's character has a classic, glamorous look, but she's a strong female character for the '60s."
