KENSINGTON, Md. — A 28-year-old man is accused of taking video up a woman's skirt as she stood in line at a Kensington convenience store.
Now police are concerned there could be more victims.
A family member of the victim first noticed what the man standing behind them was doing.
Police say when they got to the store, Daniel Chauncey Parker was still on scene and admitted to using his cell phone to record the 43-year-old victim.
It happened just before 6 p.m. on August 17, in the 10500 block of Connecticut Avenue.
Parker was arrested 11 days later on a warrant charging him with, "conducting visual surveillance of a private area without the victim’s consent," according to police.
He's since been released after posting $2,000 bond.
Anyone who recognizes Parker and believes they had suspicious interactions with him should call police at 240-773-6700.
