Papandrea “routinely instructed” his employees to wear skirts and dresses, and “routinely rubbed, poked, and touched the backs, shoulders, and arms of his female employees” to get close enough to film up their skirts, according to Thursday’s suit. The teens reported Papandrea’s actions to their supervisor, but she was also being sexually harassed, according to the lawsuit. The supervisor also is a plaintiff in the suit.
