It's been a while since Teen Vogue editors were actually excited for a designer collaboration, but ever since Target announced it was bringing back its Designer Dress Collection, including designer brands Christopher John Rogers, ALEXIS, and RIXO, we've been counting down the days.
The collection goes live on Target.com on May 16 and we already have our tabs open, our credit cards ready, and the top picks that we're ready to risk it all for – even if that means staying up until 3 AM Eastern time hoping that the site won't crash because it is a given that the dresses from this collection will go out of stock in the blink of an eye.
And how can they not? With sizes that range from XXS–4XL and a very attractive price point of $40–$60, this collection marks the beginning of summer fashion and, in true Teen Vogue style, we're sharing what we're hoping to cop this Sunday. May the odds be in your favor, too!

One of the first things that caught my eye with Christopher John Rogers is how he designs silhouettes, I remember sitting at his first NYFW show and being floored at how he curated such feminine shapes in bold colors. That being said, this dress is a no-brainer for me. Because of my naturally curvy shape, I always gravitate towards waist-accentuating looks like belted ones. From the belt to the shape, to the colors, I'd throw this dress on for brunch every weekend.
