The Countess of Wessex and Prince Edward stepped out for a joint engagement on Wednesday (12 May) in honour of International Nursing Day.
The royal couple paid a visit to Frimley Park Hospital near their home, Bagshot Park, in Surrey, where they met with hospital staff.
Edward and Sophie were pictured chatting to key workers both in and outside the hospital, no doubt hearing more about their experiences during the Covid pandemic. They also toured the facilities and took part in video call chats with other members of staff.
The Countess of Wessex looked stunning in a pleated navy and black knitted dress, with a pearl detail zip top, which appears to be a high street buy from ME+EM. The dress has a pleated maxi skirt with a flared shape that looks super flattering.
Knitted dresses are a huge trend right now, and are set to be even bigger news this autumn/winter, so you can bet Sophie's dress would make a solid investment.
The countess completed her look with a long grey coat, tan heeled boots and a faux snake skin clutch bag, while her blonde hair was worn down in an elegant blow dry.
